Russian Napoleonic Infantry (1809-1814) Infantry Sprue | x6 Figures (Perry)
Fill out the ranks of your Russian battalion. This Infantry Sprue gives you 6 hard plastic 28mm multi-part figures — rank-and-file soldiers ready to hold the line or advance in column — complete with round bases suitable for skirmish gaming.
The figures in this box represent a battalion of a Russian Infantry regiment from 1809–1814. All figures have the option of the 1809 or 1812 kiwer (shako) or forage caps. The 1809 kiwer continued in use alongside the 1812 pattern until late in the war. The 1811 regulations stipulated that a grenadier platoon was attached to each battalion — these are also included in the box. The figures can be painted as a regular ‘Infantry’ battalion, or that of Jagers or Marines.
