The Elite Companies were the pride of every French infantry battalion — the Voltigeurs who screened the advance and the Grenadiers who anchored the line. This Command Sprue gives you 6 hard plastic 28mm multi-part figures to lead your Elite companies into action, complete with round bases suitable for skirmish gaming.

Representing the Elite companies (Voltigeurs and Grenadiers) of a French Infantry battalion. Grenadiers were the longer serving men who were the backbone of the battalion and normally led the charge or held the line. They were also called on for skirmishing duties. All figures are in the pre-1812 long tailed coat and overalls.
