From the blood-soaked trenches of the Western Front to the desperate fighting of 1939–40, the French poilu endured some of the most brutal combat of the 20th century. This dual-era set lets you build French infantry for both World Wars from a single purchase, with enough options to field riflemen, support weapons, command figures, and iconic colonial troops.

What's in the Set

Each order includes two sprues:

• A main WWI sprue — builds 7 French infantry figures equipped for World War One
• A smaller WWII equipment sprue — provides 1939/1940 gear to convert figures for the Fall of France and early war period

Together the sprues allow you to build up to 35 French infantry (in a full box set) equipped for either World War One or World War Two, with enough rifles and heads for all figures.

Build the Harlem Hellfighters & Senegalese Tirailleurs

The set also includes options to build the famed Harlem Hellfighters (369th Infantry Regiment) and the Senegalese Tirailleurs — the celebrated colonial infantry who fought with distinction in both World Wars across Europe and around the world.
